"This location is incompetent and does not support his members. I was denied a business bank account Because the business market was rolling papers. TD also denied me from depositing money because my license was expired. So instead of letting me go on my merry way, they told me to take the money out the ATM come back ( They told me I would not have to wait and can go straight to the teller that was helping me) Once I return, they took another customer and I had to wait another seven minutes until Another teller took me. Once I provided her the cash to deposit in my bank, she’s gonna tell me she couldn’t do It because My ID is expired. I told her, but he told me that I could do it with Cash without the ID. Straight waste of my time. And lastly, which is the most annoying part of this location, They are always pack and always with lines with one teller to help people I ain’t got time for that. I’m going to open up a new account with Chase Bank next-door. My time is just as important as my money and I’m not gonna let TD Bank continue to waste both of it."

"The service is not good, the treatment is not good, two employees are just mocking and not serving the citizen. I lost my bank card in a Teddy Bank machine and when I wanted another one they wasted my time and in the end she gave me a number and told me to call this number and I had 5000 dollars to put in the bank and now I have returned to my work and she did not serve me"

"Very unprofessional and dismissal at the counter I try to explain no automatic speak to a manager or a supervisor I have to wait 20 min which they all standing around there’s not much people here, which the teller proceed in front of me to speak to manager or supervisor , so she could said the same thing he said to me , horrible."
